We've got a holistic launch plan that starts before the listing goes live. We send our professional photographer to capture all the best features of your home. His team will touch up the photos as needed to make sure your home pops when potential buyers see it online.

Then, we prepare the advertising campaign, making sure the copywriting is strong to bring buyers into your home and that it is optimized to show up in search results.

Once you are ready, we will push play on the marketing campaign to drive showings. 48-hours before the listing goes live, we start our digital "Coming Soon" advertising campaign. We want to build some buzz before the home is live. Then, we will promote the listing on all the real estate sites and initiate the advertising campaign. We will keep you advised on the results and what tweaks, if any, need to be made to drive interest. We will also be promoting your listing to our potential buyers looking for homes, top agents that work in the area, the agents in our brokerage, through a Mega Open House, and more.
